For comepeting  with our main competitors from Taiwan, we developted the cast small-size valve  spheres since many years ago. As technology upgrading and improving each year, we  developted the forging technology to satisfy the pursuing for better quality  from our global cutomers.

As we all know,  the forged valve-balls have more firm, solid quality than casted pieces, but  with higer cost only, however, our auto-forging technology greatly reduced the  manufacturing cost, thus made our forged small-size valve-balls competitive  than the casted pieces, according to our study, it’s much more competitive than  our Taiwan competitors.

Therefore, we  cancelled our cast small-size valve ball production line, in substitute, our forged  small-size valve-balls became the most competitive items accorss the whole  industry.
